Mental Health Matinée: Self-compassion break

Our greatest strength lies in the gentleness and tenderness of our heart.
— Rumi

This session is an invitation to stop, attend and explore taking care of yourself through the practice of self-compassion. This involves becoming aware of, validating and transforming tiredness, stress, isolation, and self-judgment into connection, understanding, kindness and compassion. This gathering is intended to be an immersion in science combined with practical skills relevant to personal and professional life. If possible, you are invited to sit in a quiet and peaceful space –comfortable clothes are encouraged. Session based on the research of the co-founders of The Centre for Mindful Self-Compassion Kristin Neff Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin and Chris Germer Ph.D.

This webinar is free to attend.
