In this session, I will explore the work of Kristin Neff, PhD. and Brené Brown PhD. and provide training in evidence-based methods for cultivating self-compassion. These include mindfulness-based mind training techniques, personal exploration, group-sharing, and reflections, all of which have been shown to, with sustained practice, develop self-awareness and self-compassion.
